Privacy policy

Stuck to Stacked is a guided program that picks one idea with you, tests whether anyone will pay for it, and turns it into an offer you can sell. Felicia Marie runs it under Keep AI Simple ("we," "us"). This page explains what we collect, where it goes and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

• Your email and quiz result. Only if you ask for your quiz breakdown by email.
• Your email and a private access link. When you buy, so you can get back into the program from any device.
• What you type into the four stages. Your ideas, who you've helped, prices and similar business details. See section 3 for where this goes.
• Purchase details. Stripe collects your name, email and card. We see that your payment went through and the email you used. We never see your full card number.
• Basic server logs. IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider, Netlify.

2. Where your work lives

Your quiz answers and your progress through the Idea Extractor, Decision Enforcer, Offer Architect and Launch Packager save in your own browser. That's what lets you leave and come back. It also means your work lives on that device and browser only. If you clear your browser data, it's gone, and we can't restore it. Copy your results somewhere safe as you go.

3. How the AI handles your answers

When you work through a stage, your answers go over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes them to Anthropic's Claude to write your results. Our server doesn't save them. Anthropic doesn't use this data to train its models by default. Your saved progress lives in your own browser.

Please don't type anything you'd consider highly sensitive, such as account numbers or health information.

4. Email

Your email lives with our email provider, Kit. If you take the quiz and ask for your breakdown, you get that email plus occasional emails about Stuck to Stacked and Keep AI Simple. If you buy, you get a welcome email with your access link. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can use it anytime.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the program:

• Netlify hosts the site.
• Anthropic provides the AI that writes your stage results.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Kit sends our emails.
• Google Fonts supplies the site's fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

We'll also share information if the law requires it.

6. Cookies and tracking

We don't use ad trackers or analytics tools. The site uses your browser's local storage to save your progress, as described in section 2. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies to process your payment securely.

7. How long we keep it

• Your email stays with Kit until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Your stage answers aren't kept by our server at all.
• Your saved progress stays in your browser until you clear it.
• Stripe keeps payment records for as long as financial law requires.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we'll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any email.

9. Children

The program is for adults building a business. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your information, we'll tell subscribers by email.
