Terms of Service
Last updated September 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stucktostacked.com and its four guided stages: Idea Extractor, Decision Enforcer, Offer Architect, and Launch Packager (together, the "Service"), operated by StuckToStacked. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we offer
StuckToStacked provides a free quiz that diagnoses your analysis-paralysis pattern, and a paid guided program: four sequential stages (Idea Extractor, Decision Enforcer, Offer Architect, and Launch Packager) that help you choose, validate, package, and prepare to launch a business idea as a sellable offer, ending in a Final Launch Kit.
AI-generated content disclaimer: Every output from the Idea Extractor, Decision Enforcer, Offer Architect, and Launch Packager stages is generated by an AI model and is intended as a starting framework, not professional business, legal, financial, or tax advice. Results vary. You are responsible for verifying, adapting, and deciding whether to act on anything the stages produce before using it in your business.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the program or otherwise use the Service.
3. Payment and access
Stuck to Stacked is a one-time purchase. Once payment is confirmed, you receive access links to all four stage pages. Access is for your personal or single-business use and is not to be shared or resold.
4. Refund policy
Stuck to Stacked is backed by a completion guarantee, not a blanket refund: do the work, complete all four stages, and if you don't walk away with a clear, sellable offer, you're eligible for a full refund. To request one, email us at the address below within 30 days of purchase and show your saved output from all four stages: the idea card, the decision, the offer, and the Final Launch Kit. Requests made after 30 days, or without saved output from all four stages, are not eligible.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on someone else's rights.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, extract our system prompts, or resell access to the program.
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service or the underlying AI API in a way that degrades it for other users.
6. Your content and ownership
You own the ideas and information you enter into the program, and you own the offer, copy, and plans the program generates for you. We claim no ownership over your generated output. You're responsible for making sure what you publish or sell doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
7. No professional advice
Nothing produced by the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional business advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions with significant legal or financial consequences.
8. Service availability
The program depends on third-party AI infrastructure and hosting. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee the Service will be available without interruption, and we are not liable for losses caused by temporary outages.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StuckToStacked is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business decisions made based on AI-generated output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update these Terms or change the Service over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StuckToStacked is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
